National Maintenance Products Pty Ltd is a company that specifically caters for field-applied coatings, industrial flooring, adhesives and specialist maintenance products through its range . The range is designed to be applied in less than ideal conditions, using less than ideal preparation and application techniques.
There are countless companies that offer great coatings and adhesives for controlled environments but there are few that are able to handle genuine field maintenance.
In addition to field-friendly coatings, we are pleased to promote that NMP was the first coating manufacturer in Australia to receive eco-certification under ISO 14 020. The certification, given out by Good Environmental Choice Australia, endorses the use of products for green procurement and rewards their solventless, odourless, non-corrosive, non-flammable nature and the fact they contain no carcinogens, heavy metals or bio-toxins. These properties make the products non-hazmat and allow us to ship unrestricted by air or sea freight around the world, without delay or the cost of shipping a "Dangerous Good".

History
National Maintenance Products has been established since 1997 and up until 2001 was predominantly focused on the defence sector. Since July 01, NMP has been working to take its proven track record from within the defences to the industrial sector. Over the past six years, NMP has provided some coating solutions outside of Australia and is currently establishing a list of professional international distributors. NMP has worked in conjunction with applicators as well as training end users' personnel on the application and maintenance of its coatings.
Capabilities
If our "off the shelf" products are not able to solve the problem, then we have the in-house capability to customise a product to do the job. At a service level, we have agents and applicators that make up the NMP network, and where we do not have representation NMP service their clients directly from our Queensland headquarters. At a supply level, we carry sufficient stock to cater for most small to medium sized projects, with major product orders supplied within two weeks.
Markets
NMP has predominantly been focused on the Defence Forces, in particular the Royal Australian Navy. With the success that has been proven in these particularly harsh environments, we are now expanding our business to take our coating solutions to the general market. To date, NMP has supplied solutions to the following markets:- Marine, Oil and Gas, Mining, Food and Dairy, Electricity, Water and Wastewater, Construction, Local Councils as well as the general public.
